Located in Shizuoka Prefecture’s Hamamatsu City, KAI Enshu is an onsen ryokan located beside Lake Hamanako Kanzanji Onsen. It offers outstanding views from each of its guest rooms. With Tsumugi Chabatake, a green tea plantation dotted with tea plants and azalea flowers, and opportunities to taste delicious green tea on the ryokan premises, this special place is where guests can rediscover the charms of Shizuoka.
There are temperature checks, and alcohol disinfection sprays throughout the hotel. Humidifiers are placed in closed spaces such as guest rooms. Public areas are regularly ventilated, and staff members are required to undergo health checks.
