Hamanako Flower Festival 2025 was held!

Lake Hamana Flower Festival 2025 kicks off on Thursday, March 20th, 2025 (national holiday)! Flowers heralding the arrival of spring are blooming one after another at flower spots around the country. This time, we will introduce two venues: Hamamatsu Flower Park, where tulips are just starting to bloom, and Lake Hamana Garden Park, where the nemophila flowers are in full bloom.

Hamamatsu Flower Park

Hamamatsu Flower Park, which boasts an area of ​​approximately 300,000 m2 on the shores of Lake Hamana, is a soothing botanical garden where approximately 3,000 types of flowers bloom in every season. There are plenty of attractions perfect for families and couples, such as the Cherry Blossom and Tulip Garden, the large greenhouse “Crystal Palace,” a huge fountain show, and a flower train that lets you travel among the flowers!

Lake Hamana Garden Park

Hamanako Garden Park is a beautiful garden filled with seasonal flowers and greenery spread across a vast area that makes use of the natural terrain. There are plenty of walking paths, picnic areas, and seasonal events, and you can enjoy a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life surrounded by lake views and lush nature.
