Hamanako Flower Expo 2024 will be held!

The Hamanako Flower Expo 2024 will be held at Hamanako Garden Park and Hamamatsu Flower Park, botanical gardens that add color to spring on Lake Hamana.
This flower exposition will be held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the International Horticultural Exposition held at Hamanako in 2004.
The Hamanako Garden Park venue will be open from April 6 to June 2, 2024, and will host a variety of events based on flowers and greenery, the most important legacy of the Hamanako Flower Expo, aiming to connect human activities, nature, and cutting-edge technology, such as “Digital x Living,” “Digital x Environment,” and “Digital x Multicultural Symbiosis. Through digital art, smart mobility experiences, workshops that anyone can easily participate in, and flowerbed creation where visitors can get in touch with flowers and greenery, a space will be created for everyone to enjoy, regardless of age, gender, nationality, or disability. In addition, gardens and flowerbeds specially created to commemorate the “Lake Hamanako Flower Expo 2024” by some of Japan’s leading gardeners will be waiting for you.
The Hamamatsu Flower Park venue will be open from March 23 to June 16, 2024, and will attract visitors with many flowers throughout the period, including the “Cherry and Tulip Garden” and wisteria with fantastic lights and hues. Visitors can enjoy the space created by cutting-edge technology, flowers, and greenery, including a sustainable garden designed with biodiversity in mind and a stage where music and flower collaboration events will be held.
