”Hanabi Yaro” is a sweet that is made by wrapping white bean paste containing eggs and butter in dough, wrapping it in foil, and baking it.It has a somewhat nostalgic and gentle taste.

First of all, we often hear about “logo dora”, but what is it?

“Logo Dora” is a dorayaki with an original branding iron.

Eel, a specialty of Lake Hamana, has been a specialty of Araijuku on the Tokaido road since the Edo period, and has been enjoyed by travelers.

Many people come from all over the country to eat eel!

At Kawabe no Unagi, carefully selected Lake Hamana eel is carefully grilled by our craftsmen.

We are a specialty eel shop for take-out, with a focus on “shirayaki”, “kabayaki”, “eel liver tsukudani”, “eel mawashi”, and more!
